Yoga – RETREATS

in Sertig Valley there is a wonderful little hotel just for us. We can enjoy the morning sun at the waterfall or under the tall trees at the small river. Is the weather less nice, we can have our morning in the hotel’s room under the roof locks. We run or hike on the alp and if the weather is nice – we stay for lunch and a yoga session before we go back to the hotel to relax in the jacuzzi and to enjoy a wonderful dinner with local dishes.

2020 we have three different retreats. One in early July for yoga combined with jogging, one in mid-July with yoga and hiking and one in September for yoga and running. The main focus is on yoga with two sessions a day, but we also want to experience nature in this wonderful alpine landscape. In hiking, jogging or running pace – your choice!
