Yoga – Hiking Retreat, 5 – 9 September

September in the mountains is a wonderful time. To combine yoga with mountain hiking makes this retreat both relaxing and energizing. We will stay at a quiet and small hotel up in the valley close to the alp – it is an oasis where stress is nowhere. You will become calm and filled with strength and energy after this retreat.
