Sommer in the mountains is a wonderful time. To combine yoga with mountain hiking makes this retreat both relaxing and energizing. We will stay at a quiet and small hotel up in the valley close to the alp – it is an oas where stress is nowhere. You will become calm and filled with strength and energy after this retreat.

Last day, you can choose between a shorter hike or yoga session.

The travel to and from the retreat
From Zürich you can go by train for about 1 hour and 50 minutes to Davos Platz. From there you take the bus to the hotel for about 20 minutes, no need for pre reservation and for this bus you will get a valid ticket from the Walserhuus Hotel . It is a really beautiful trip. If you travel by car it is about 2 hours and 15 minutes from Zürich airport to the hotel.

Yoga Instructors and Hiking leaders
I have the classes with Hatha yoga/mediation/mindfulness and lectures about positive psychology. As a yoga teacher (TTC200) and adviser in Sports Psychology. I have the perspective of yoga and a positive mind and how we can use this for balance in body and mind. I will be your hiking guide.
I am a yoga teacher at Yoga Styrka in Stockholm and have classes in Ashtanga, Bikram and Yin Yoga. To build strength with yoga and weight training is a big passion for me, it makes us strong in body and mind and you will experience this in my classes. I will support you on the hikes.
