Yoga poses (asanas) is made to build your body into muscular balance. Which is important to keep you out of pain and injures.  A life in front of the desk often gives muscular imbalance and can lead to back or neck pain and other injures.

Stress and sleeping problems are not unusual. There is a lot of research which supports the positive effect meditation has on sleeping problem and that the need for sleep can be reduced.  It is also important for the feeling of well-being and to look at “the bright side of life”. When you practice balancing asanas your focus has to be on top to keep you steady. This practice develops your skills for concentration and you become balanced emotionally, mentally and physically. Anxiety and stress levels reduces and this will help you to live a healthy and enjoyable life!
